    Ways to use essential oils

Diluted Massage/Application: The essential oil must be dissolved in a base or carrier. Normally a vegetable oil or a neutral paraffin-free cream.

Bathroom: Previously emulsify 8-10 drops of essential oil in a glass with soy lecithin or whole milk and add it to the bath. It should be remembered that EOs do not dissolve in water.

Local bathrooms: Add 4-5 drops to hot water for sitz baths, genital washes, footbaths, etc.

Vaporization: 3-4 drops into vaporizer/humidifier receptacle

Inhalations: Put 2-3 drops in a container with boiling water (vahos) or use another container of the same size on the boil and keep it in a water bath. When inhaling, keep your eyes closed to avoid possible irritation.

Compresses: Add 2-4 drops to cold or hot water. Immerse a cloth of thread, then drain and apply to the area to be treated, repeating the process as many times as necessary.

Direct local application: Apply 1 drop to the area to be treated, especially taking into account that there are essential oils that are irritating and dermocaustic.

Rinsing and touching the mouth: Put 1-2 drops in a glass of warm water to rinse and gargle. For touches in the mouth, put 1 drop on a cotton swab. Do not rinse afterwards

Hair washing: Add 1-2 drops to the shampoo dose. Ideal fight against lice http://goo.gl/bvww7

Hair lightening: Once hair has been rinsed, put 2-3 drops in your hand, apply to scrub, let sit for 3 minutes and rinse lightly.

Children's doses: For children's doses and as a general rule, the normal dose must be reduced by half in both massage and bath. Avoid direct inhalations
