Assembly in 6 Steps:

Stabilizer Bars: Place the front stabilizer bar and rear stabilizer bar with adjustable studs on the unit.

Pedals: Screw the right pedal (R) clockwise into the crank marked R. The left pedal (L) screws counterclockwise into the left crank marked L.

Saddle: Place the saddle on the tube and insert it, place the knob and tighten.

Rowing tube: Hold the rowing tube and before placing it in the central body, connect the sending terminals. Insert the rowing tube through the projection of the central body.

Handlebar: Place the handlebar on the tube by screwing clockwise.

Monitor: Connect the terminals that come out of the handlebar tube and the motor. Insert the monitor by sliding it along the plate of the rowing tube.
