TENDO JumpMat

Exercises such as vertical jumps and squats will be possible to measure without confusing the variables caused by back extensions. Thanks to such measurements, you can create objective power norms and reliably compare the leg power of athletes!

It is made up of two parts: mat and belt. The mat provides a uniform and safe platform for performing jumps and squats. It also places the sensor unit in a correct position, just below the athlete, for reliable measurement of lower extremity power and speed through the Tendo Unit. A sensor rope is attached under the hip joints through the belt to eliminate positive influences from the back muscles.

It is also compatible with Vertimax. Simply place the WL sensor of the Tendo unit with the mat on the Verimax podium and measure the power and speed exerted while training with the Vertimax. Evaluate the effectiveness of your training and adjust training accordingly based on objective data. Report progress to your athletes and keep them motivated to perform better each time by providing them with a benchmark to beat.
